I like how everyone here is friendly and doesn't have any strange intentions, but more importantly, everyone wants to go the extra mile when it comes to satisfying the customer. Also, as employees, I appreciate that my ideas are considered and that we can collaborate on them. It also impresses me that the CEO always points us in the right direction at work, even when we are not moving in that direction, and that we have mentorship meetings with qualified specialists.

Mentors are thus involved in the development of processes, which produces positive results. So I am satisfied, and sometimes in stressful times to me calmly when I go out on a team meeting😌
